The staff member named John was incredibly accommodating and resolved a reservation foul-up. His care and efforts were truly appreciated. The staff dealt with varying concerns of the guests and provided lots of helpful information. The single room I stayed in was quiet, clean, and had its own bathroom with a nice clean shower. The balcony overlooked the backyard, so there was no noise from the street. There was also a nice coffee corner. The price-performance ratio for Anchorage was really good.
The exterior of the inn needs some love from a contractor and the rooms could use the touch of an interior designer. However, the inn does have a charming style and a nice little patio area in the back with potted flowers.

Fairly clean accommodation, very amiable staff who pounded on my door screeching "ROOM SERVICE. Strategic and marvellous location easy walk to Arctic Benson Park. Walking distance to a large supermarket and a supermarket across the street. A great restaurant for dinner.

The rooms were clean, with soft towels, comfortable beds, and fresh linen. The staff was amazing and the common kitchen area was well-equipped. The location was convenient, with Walmart and several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was secure and the wifi was reliable. a great experience.
